I have always battled with weight. I have been thick all my life. I always just thought that was me. As I got older it seemed to get harder to get the pounds off. I usually could crash diet and do what I needed to do. When I reached 202lbs, I knew I had to do something. I tried dieting and exercising, but I could only get off 5lbs. I was very confused about what was really healthy and what I should be eating. I came to 180 Degree Fitness and learned the truth about food and exercise. I weighed 197 pounds and was a size 16 when I started, today; 7 months later I weigh 153 pounds and am a size 6. My body has had an amazing transformation. I am smaller than I was in high school and I am looking forward to my 20 year class reunion!! I owe all this to the knowledge I learned about food. I learned that food is not the enemy.
