During a consultation we are addressing the following:

  • Creating a baseline of where you are right now - ( body fat testing, measurements, etc.)
  • Establishing your needs and wants
  • Your past and present Health conditions 
  • Discussing your motives for wanting your goals
  • Understanding your emotional triggers
  • Explaining and addressing your individual factors  

This is a chance for you to get to know me, and for me to do the same. Making sure that where on the same page with your goals.
